Simple, Peaceful Arrangements of Well-known
Hymn Standards "The Guitar Goes to Church" (MP3 Samples below) The CD holds 15 old hymns arranged by the artist and recorded in multi-track format. This technique allows one musician to play several guitars on one song (technical details below). Finger picking Folk/Country style "I do not attend church, although, I do count myself a Christian. The thing that has endured as a lasting legacy of church attendance as a child and youth has been the classic hymns. They have a way of revealing the heart and soul of the artistic believers who penned them. They speak with voices of other people in other times, often in older language, but the message is timeless and the inspiration is hard to miss." ... David Jenson |
